Entrepreneur, devoted mother, and passionate cook Vicenta is "La Musa" for Founder Gabriela Perez. Vicenta was born in a small village in Puebla, Mexico, and is a personification of the great nation's people, culture, Cuisine, and spirit she calls home. Sharing the Cuisine of her hometown became her mission, and she is looking to make her mark in Phoenixville with authentic Mexican dishes passed down from family recipes.
